Selling A Home With Triplets!

Imagine your husband comes home to tell you that he received an offer he cannot refuse from his company, but you’ll have to move 1100 miles away. Bad enough, right? Well, add to that, an 8-year old daughter and 1-year old TRIPLETS! Keeping your home neat enough to show to prospective buyers with 3 1-year olds running around is enough to make anybody crazy! But, Laurie & Brian McGinnis did just that. And after making the changes that we suggested to spruce up their home to sell, we got an offer in just 8 days!

Bob and Katharine had met at church and decided their lives should be lived together!  The problem was that they both owned a house.  We searched the market for THE perfect home, looking to keep Katharine’s daughter in the same school district.  They finally decided, with a few changes, Bob’s house would be perfect for them.  We still needed to sell Katharine’s house before they left on their honeymoon, and we did it!  They had a perfect wedding and honeymoon, without having to worry about their house selling and closing.

I sold the Valls a zero-lot, two-story home, before they had their little girl!  We had seen a house that they saw some potential in, but it went under contract before we could make an offer.  We were waiting for another house to come on the market when the same house was put back on the market.  We had worked it out with our mortgage company to buy a new house without selling theirs first.  We made the offer, worked out the details, put their home on the market, and sold it in 3 days, all before they left for a trip to Venezuela.  What a whirlwind!  But we got it all done and then signed on both houses when they returned!

The Carley’s were referred to us by past clients that we have helped buy and sell 3 homes! Bill wanted a yard big enough for a barbeque pit and Letty was ready for something newer. This was a challenge in this area with small yards and older homes, but we finally found a new development in Murphy where they could choose the very largest lot on a cul-de-sac and customize their new home to their liking. We sold their existing home so fast, they had to move into a rental while their new home was being built. And now, one year later, they’ve added another new addition, a beautiful daughter!
